At Aura Lab Wellness, every product is crafted with intention — from the ingredients we source to the rituals we invite you into. These policies are designed to protect both our community and the integrity of what we create.
Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every ALW product. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. For all other purchases, please review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

All limited edition and artist collaboration products — including the Baby2Baby and Anthony Liggins x ALW Artist Vessel releases — are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for these items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Claims submitted after 72 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible. text goes here -

Please allow 2–3 business days for a response. We do not process returns or exchanges via social media direct message.
Shipping Policy

All ALW orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Hand-poured and made-to-order products may require additional processing time; any extended timelines will be noted on the individual product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Orders valued at $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ALW is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility before contacting us.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours and then contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate, though we cannot guarantee replacement or refund in cases of confirmed delivery. -
Select products—including limited-edition collaboration items—are available for studio pickup at participating artist studios. Pickup details, hours, and availability will be communicated at the time of purchase. Studio pickup orders must be claimed within 7 days of the ready notification, or the order may be forfeited.
Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at Jessica@auralabwellness.com and include your order number in the subject line.
After 24 hours, or once an order has been processed and passed to fulfillment, cancellations are no longer accepted, and the order will ship as placed. -
Orders for limited-edition products, including artist-collaboration vessels and any items marked “Limited Edition” at the time of purchase, may not be canceled once placed. These items are allocated immediately upon purchase.

Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the stated ship date. After that window, pre-orders are final sale.

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately at Jessica@auralabwellness.com. We will do our best to cancel or consolidate before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee resolution once processing has begun.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. ALW is not responsible for delays on the financial institution’s end.

When you shop with ALW, we collect information necessary to process and fulfill your order, including:
Name, email address, shipping and billing address
Phone number (if provided)
Payment information (processed securely via our payment provider; ALW does not store full card details)
